Standard Delivery
Cost: free
Delivery Time: Estimated 1 - 3 business days for Portugal and 5 – 7 business days for EU orders.
Details: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via trusted carriers for safe and timely delivery.
Express Delivery
Cost: €15 within Portugal and €25 for rest of EU.
Delivery Time: Estimated 1–3 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery’s progress.

We deliver to all countries within the European Union.
Additional Information
Customs & Duties: All prices include VAT, and there are no additional customs fees for EU deliveries.
Delays: In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or courier issues.
Returns: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you regret your order shortly after you have placed it, you can simply send us an e-mail at hello@perijewels.com with your order number, and we will cancel it. If you regret your order, and it has already been shipped, you must wait until you receive the order and then return it.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
