Return & Refund Policy

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you'd like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Please email us at hello@perijewels.com with your order number first, and we'll confirm your return and provide the address.

Where possible, return your item in the packaging it arrived in. We recommend a tracked service — under EU law, proof of return rests with you.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item when exercising their right of withdrawal. Return costs are covered by us if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect — please contact us first and we'll arrange it at our expense.

You're welcome to try your jewellery on as you would in a shop; if an item shows signs of use beyond that, we may reduce the refund in proportion to the loss in value.

We refund within 10 days of receiving the item, to the original payment method. The right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards or personalised pieces.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

In accordance with EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made items (for example, engraved pieces), or to gift cards. For all other items, your 14-day right of withdrawal fully applies, including items bought on sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

 
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund.
